Frequently Asked Questions
Which Microsoft 365 plan should we choose?
Microsoft 365 Business Basic is suitable for teams that primarily need email, Teams, and web-based Office apps. Business Standard adds full desktop Office applications. Business Premium includes advanced security features and is recommended for organisations with compliance requirements or significant cybersecurity concerns. We help you choose the right mix based on your team's roles.
Can you migrate from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365?
Yes. We regularly handle migrations from Google Workspace to Microsoft 365, transferring email, calendar, and contacts using Microsoft's migration tools. Google Drive files can be migrated to OneDrive or SharePoint, though some formatting adjustments may be necessary for complex documents.
How long does Microsoft 365 setup take?
A straightforward setup for a small team takes two to three business days. Larger deployments with significant data migration, complex Azure AD configurations, or advanced security policies may take one to three weeks. We provide a project timeline after your requirements discovery call.
Do you provide ongoing Microsoft 365 administration?
Yes. We offer ongoing Microsoft 365 administration as part of our maintenance plans, covering user management, licence adjustments, security policy updates, and support for your team. This is particularly valuable for businesses without a dedicated IT department.
Can Microsoft 365 integrate with our other business software?
Microsoft 365 integrates with thousands of business applications through native connectors, the Power Platform, and Microsoft's AppSource marketplace. Common integrations include CRM systems like Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, project management tools, and accounting software. We can advise on and implement the integrations most relevant to your workflow.
