1. Who We Are

WebElev8 is a trading name of Innovate Web Solutions, based at Braemar Gardens, Slough, Berkshire, SL1 9DB. These terms apply to our pay-monthly website plans. Where you have signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement takes precedence over anything on this page.

2. Plans and Payment

Plans are £75, £150 and £250 per month. There is no upfront website fee. Your first payment is due when the website goes live, and monthly on the same date thereafter.

Prices are quoted excluding VAT where VAT applies. Work outside the scope agreed at the start of your project is quoted separately before it begins — we do not add charges you have not seen first.

3. Minimum Term

Plans run for a minimum of 12 months from the date your website goes live. This is how the build is funded without an upfront fee: you are spreading the cost of the website across the term rather than paying for it in advance.

4. Ownership of Your Website

Once you have made 12 monthly payments, the website is yours. That includes the code and the content we produced for you. If you choose to move it elsewhere at that point, we will provide the files and assist with the handover. Your domain name is yours throughout, and we will not withhold it.

5. Cancellation and Notice

After the minimum term you can cancel ongoing hosting and support by giving 30 days’ written notice. There is no exit fee. If you cancel during the minimum term, the remaining payments in that term fall due, because the website has already been built and delivered.

6. What Is Included

What your plan covers — page count, features, hosting, SSL and the level of ongoing support — is set out in the proposal we agree with you before the build starts. That proposal is the definitive list for your project. Nothing described in general terms elsewhere on this website overrides it.

7. Maintenance and Ad-hoc Work

Maintenance is priced separately from the website plans above. Ad-hoc work is charged at £60 per hour and itemised. Ongoing cover is available as a fixed monthly fee, quoted for your specific site once we have seen what it is built on.

8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing content, images and feedback in reasonable time, and for making sure you have the right to use anything you supply. Delivery dates assume this. If material is outstanding for a long period the project may be paused, but your plan continues.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to new agreements from the date they are published. They do not change the terms of an agreement you have already signed.
