AI SEO Services

Get found when the answer comes from AI, not just a list of blue links

Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity now answer questions directly, often without anyone clicking through to a website. Ranking in traditional search still matters, but it's no longer the whole picture — you also need your business to be the kind of source these systems trust enough to cite. Some people call this GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) or AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) — different names for the same shift. We make your site clear enough for AI systems to understand, and honest enough that we won't sell you an AI gimmick with no evidence behind it.

What this service solves

Clear reasons to choose this work, based on what your business needs.

01

Visible in AI Overviews, not just search results

Google now runs its AI Overviews on Gemini 3 by default, answering more queries directly on the results page. We structure your content so it's a candidate to be quoted, not skipped over.

02

A real shot at ChatGPT and Perplexity mentions

These are answer engines people ask for recommendations, not just search boxes. Clear entities and sourceable facts make it more likely your business gets named when someone asks.

03

One clear entity, everywhere

We define who you are, what you do, where you operate and what you're accredited for in a way both Google and AI systems can parse without guessing.

04

Content written to be extracted

Concise definitions, comparison points, FAQs and step-by-step answers — the format AI systems actually pull from, not a wall of marketing copy.

05

The technical basics, done properly

Structured data, crawlability, internal linking and sitemap hygiene. Unglamorous, and still the foundation everything else above depends on.

06

No invented statistics, no vague promises

We won't quote you a made-up citation percentage or guarantee an AI Overview placement. Nobody can guarantee that. We'll tell you what's provable and what's still an open question.

What is included

The exact scope is agreed in your written quote before work starts.

AI SEO Audit

We check whether your pages are already being cited or summarised by AI answer engines, and where competitors are winning ground you aren't.

Entity & Topic Mapping

Your business, services, service area and credentials defined unambiguously — the groundwork every other AI-visibility technique depends on.

Answer-Ready Content Rewrites

Rewriting key pages with concise definitions, comparisons and FAQs that AI systems can extract cleanly, without losing the human reader.

Structured Data Implementation

Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList schema — the practical starting set for a small business, not an exhaustive checklist nobody needs.

Technical Crawlability Review

Making sure AI crawlers and traditional search engines can actually read and parse your site reliably in the first place.

llms.txt — offered honestly

We'll add it if you want it. It's a low-cost file that some AI systems can read, but adoption is still low and uneven, and Google has said it isn't required for Search. We won't sell it to you as a ranking lever, because it isn't proven to be one.

AI Citation Tracking

Ongoing tracking of whether your business is actually getting mentioned in AI answers, alongside the traditional rankings and traffic you already watch.

How the work runs

You see what is happening, what comes next and what needs your approval.

Phase 01

Audit

We check your current visibility in both classic search and AI answer engines, and map where competitors already have an edge.

Phase 02

Entity & Content Plan

We define your core entities and prioritise which pages need rewriting or restructuring first, based on where the real opportunity is.

Phase 03

Implementation

Content rewrites, schema markup, and technical fixes — built and shipped, not left as a slide deck.

Phase 04

Track & Adjust

AI search is moving fast. We monitor what's actually changing — for your site and for the platforms themselves — and adjust the plan rather than running the same playbook indefinitely.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is AI SEO and what is it called now — GEO, AEO?
AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) are different names circulating for the same thing: making your business visible in AI-generated answers, not just classic search results. Nobody has settled on one term yet. We use "AI SEO" because it's the one people actually search for, but the work is the same whichever name you use.
How much do AI SEO services cost?
It's scoped per business, the same way we quote every other service — there's no industry-standard price because the work depends on how much your existing content and technical setup already support it. A site with clean technical SEO and clear service pages needs less work than one starting from scratch. We'll audit first and quote before anything starts.
How do AI SEO services differ from traditional SEO?
The technical and content foundations overlap heavily — clear, well-structured, genuinely useful content helps with both. The difference is what you're optimising for: traditional SEO aims at ranking in Google's classic results, AI SEO aims additionally at being the source an AI system extracts and cites when it generates an answer. Extractable facts and clearly defined entities matter more for the second than the first.
Can ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews really help me get customers?
They're a discovery channel, not a guarantee. Google is putting AI Overviews directly into its own results pages rather than replacing classic search, and ChatGPT and Perplexity sit alongside that as tools people already use to ask for recommendations. Treat AI visibility as an additional surface to win, not a silver bullet.
How do I get my business mentioned in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews?
There's no guaranteed method — anyone who promises one is overselling it. What actually helps: a clearly defined entity (who you are, what you do, where), content written in an extractable format (definitions, FAQs, comparisons), solid technical crawlability, and genuine mentions elsewhere on the web — which is where Digital PR and link building come in — that reinforce you're a real, trustworthy business.
Is llms.txt worth adding to my website?
It's worth adding as a low-cost extra, not as a core strategy. Independent 2026 crawls put adoption across the web somewhere in the low single digits to around 8-9%, depending on the study and sample — the numbers don't agree with each other, which tells you it's still early. Google has confirmed it isn't required for Search. We'll set it up if you want it, but we won't tell you it's the reason you'll start ranking.
Which schema or structured data do I actually need?
For most small businesses: Organization, LocalBusiness (if you serve a physical area), Service for each core offering, FAQPage on pages with genuine Q&A content, and BreadcrumbList for site structure. That covers the practical ground — anything beyond it should be justified by your specific site, not added because a checklist says so.
How long does it take to see results from AI SEO?
Nobody can give you an honest fixed timeline — AI answer engines are new enough that even the platforms are still changing how they select sources. What we can say: the technical and entity work behind AI SEO also strengthens your traditional SEO, so it isn't a bet that only pays off if AI search visibility specifically improves.
